To apply for a grant it is necessary to complete an application form and submit it to the Trust. The forms and their accompanying explanatory notes can be downloaded by clicking the icons below. Alternatively paper copies can be obtained directly from the Trust administrator. Please note that there are three application forms depending on the type of grant that is to be applied for. Once the form has been completed it should be forwarded to the Trust where it will be assessed at the next grants committee meeting.
